Shane has been an Adviser with Mainland since May 2001. Prior to this, he worked in real estate, construction and the rural sectors. Shane has a graduate diploma in business studies, majoring in financial planning, and is a Financial Adviser. He is a majority shareholder and director of Mainland Insurance & Mortgages Limited.

Shane works with his clients primarily in the personal risk and KiwiSaver solutions space. He has a particular interest and specialises in business and rural sectors with a focus on Insurance and succession risk planning. As a great believer in preparing for a secure financial future, he is an advocate for KiwiSaver as a platform everyone should use to help enable this.

Outside of work, you may find Shane trying to dominate the little white ball in a game of golf, around a campsite and spending time with family and friends.
